    4 Unit Development

    Four unit development completed 2005. Set in one of Melbourne’s highest growing suburbs, the development is close to all amenities, schools, shops, transport and of course the new hospital in Heidelberg.

    This proximity allowed an increased density. A variety 2 bed, 3 bed or 3 bed and study, designed with the modern lifestyle in mind.

    4 Unit Development

    Originally an approved 16 unit site of economy 1 and 2 bedroom apartment style Units. This project did not provide the returns required in the 2011/12 market so we re-submitted a 4 lot subdivision with separate but concurrent application for lot 4 being a six unit development. This provided quicker sales and acceptable returns. The project was completed and settled mid 2014.

  • Saunders Road, Frankston

    13 Unit Site

    Originally a double block this project involved a boundary realignment and a permit for 13 new double storey dwellings at the Frankston Council. The local community was strongly opposed to the project and formed a petition, generating some 30 letters of objection. Council did not support a project with such strong opposition, however VCAT approved the project in August 2007.

    4 Unit Development

    This development is exceptionally well located high on the top of Rosanna Hill. The two rear units capture the stunning views over the Dandenongs. The designs were directed at young professionals with a modern feel. The development consists of three 2 bedroom, single garage units, and one 3 bedroom double garage unit.

  • Kelvin Avenue, Montmorency

    5 Unit Site

    Completed in 2009, this project has a location second to none. Within 100m of the quaint Montmorency station and shops and 2km to Greensborough shopping centre. A five unit site that Banyule Council refused a permit and VCAT approved on the day. A combination of sizes and an attractive street appeal resulted in the project being all sold.
